How do I hang the backdrop?
Textile backdrops up to 160 cm are made with a hem. Larger textile backdrops are supplied without a hem, because waves or creases can appear on a clamped edge. The production and delivery time is at least 14 business days.

Do you ship to Belgium or Switzerland?
Yes. We ship across the whole of Europe, and also to Switzerland and overseas territories. For destinations outside the EU customs duties may apply, payable by the customer.
-
VAT-free purchases
VAT is deducted automatically once you enter your intra-community VAT number. Our system checks the number automatically; if it is valid, the deduction is applied to your order and you receive an invoice with 0% VAT.
If you do not have an intra-community VAT number, the standard VAT rate applies.
You can download your invoice from your customer account.
-
Do you offer wholesale cooperation?
Yes. We manufacture our own studio backdrops and are glad to work with wholesale partners. On our online shop, quantity discounts are applied automatically:
5 backdrops: 5% discount
10 backdrops: 10% discount
15 backdrops: 15% discount
-
How can I place an order?
You can order through the online shop on our website, or by email at [email protected].
-
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer (BLIK in Poland).
-
What is the delivery time?
Usually 7 to 10 business days. Printing on textile takes 14 business days. Some accessories take 3-4 weeks. To protect your parcel, backdrops and accessories may be shipped separately (additional shipping costs may apply).
Textiles 200 cm wide or more are shipped folded by carrier in an envelope. They can be sent in a tube for an extra 35 euros, due to the non-standard package size. If needed, iron the textile before use and roll it onto a suitable support. Textiles of 160 cm and mix backdrops (textile with vinyl) are shipped in tubes.

Colours on prints
Colours on a computer screen are produced from red, green and blue light and a screen can display millions of colours. Printing devices use four inks - cyan, magenta, yellow and black - to reproduce as many colours as possible.
The colour you see on screen is emitted by light, while the colour on paper or vinyl is reflected light. For this reason a print may not match the screen 100%. The same applies between different screens, where contrast and brightness vary considerably.
-
Differences when printing on different materials
The same design printed on vinyl will not look identical on fabric. Likewise, backdrops of different widths on the same material will not be identical: the 160 cm machine uses a different calibrated ink drop than the 200 cm or 250 cm machine. For this reason a 200 cm print may not match a 160 cm print 100%.

Checking parcels on delivery
On delivery, check the number of parcels and their contents in front of the carrier, and only sign the delivery note after writing down any reservations: the number of missing or damaged parcels and the type of damage (breakage, water, tears, deep scratches, deformation, denting).
If the driver will not let you open the parcel to check its condition, write on the delivery note: "The driver refused to let me check the contents". If the goods were damaged in transit, refuse them and note your remarks on the delivery note.
Important: if you accept a parcel without noting any reservation on the delivery note, it is presumed to have been delivered complete and in good condition.
-
Why can't backdrops be returned?
Each backdrop is printed to order, to the pattern and dimensions chosen by the customer, after the design is approved. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Because our backdrops are bespoke, non-prefabricated products, they cannot be returned.
-
How should I store backdrops?
Store the backdrop rolled up, in a vertical position.
-
How is the pattern divided (wall and floor)?
The pattern is generally divided in two. For example, on a 3-metre height: 1.5 m for the floor and 1.5 m for the wall.
-
Is it width or height?
We always state dimensions as width x height.
-
What is Premium material?
PREMIUM is a high-end material with three layers: a double vinyl sheet plus a black film that blocks light from passing through.
-
What is the ideal size?
For newborns, 133x250 or 133x300 cm is perfect; for children 160x300 cm; and for maternity 160x400, 200x400 or 250x500 cm.
-
What is a mix backdrop?
A mix backdrop combines a Textile wall (240 g/m²) with a Vinyl floor (550 g/m²) - a backdrop made in 2 parts.
We do not print floors on Textile, because waves can appear.
To order a mix backdrop, choose the Textile material and then the size you want in the configurator.
